Assets

Assets are an Organization/Club’s tangible and intangible resources – courts, facilities, equipment, contracts, brand equity, vehicles, membership list, etc.

To see previous or existing Assets of your club, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Assets. The Assets page gives you the following details about any club’s assets set/reserved for a specific team/player – Asset Name, Asset Type, Enabled, etc.

Asset Namedisplays the Asset’s name as it’ll be known by the players.
Asset Typedisplays the type of the asset – Indoor Court or Outdoor Court.
Enableddisplays whether the asset is enabled and can be used, or not. If the asset is disabled, it won’t be shown to the player, and it can’t be used.

Add a New Asset

Any club manager or owner can add a new asset for Club’s Seasons – tangible or intangible. The type of asset you add will be reflected in the Asset type page and your players/teams can choose to reserve these assets when reserving Courts for their games.

To add a new Asset, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Assets:

  1. Click on +Add New Asset on the top right corner in the Assets page. It’ll redirect you to the next page – Create New Asset.
  2. Select Asset Type (Indoor Court, Outdoor Court), Minimum Reservation Duration (amount of time the asset can be reserved for), Maximum Number of Players (number of players who can use the asset), Minimum Time Buffer (delays allowed in asset reservation), etc. Enter asset’s name in the Asset Name field.
  3. By default, the asset’s status will be set to – Disabled. To finally add the new asset, click on the Disabled radio button to change it to – Enabled. The asset won’t be added or created if its set to Disabled.
  4. Click on Save once all the information about the asset is entered. On successful asset addition, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Asset added successfully. You can see the newly created asset in the Assets page.

Edit an Existing Asset

You can edit details about an existing asset your club offers to team/players.

The updated asset details will be reflected in the Asset type page and your players/teams can choose to reserve these assets when reserving Courts for their games.

The Campaign's copied URL can also be used for sharing.

To edit an existing asset, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Assets:

  1. Browse through the assets you want to edit/update by going through the Asset Name column to easily identify the asset. Click on the Edit option from the Actions column against the Asset you want to edit. It’ll redirect you to a new page – Edit Asset.
  2. Edit and update the asset’s information - Asset Type, Asset Name, Minimum Reservation Duration, Maximum Number of Players, Minimum Time Buffer, etc.
  3. Click on the Save button to save the updated Asset’s details. On successful asset update, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Asset has been successfully updated. You can see the updated asset details in the Assets page.

Disable an Existing Asset

If an asset is not in use, or is not available, you can choose to disable it as well. Disabling it will remove it from the assets available for players/teams to reserve.

To disable an existing asset, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Assets:

  1. Browse through the assets you want to disable by going through the Asset Name column to easily identify the asset. Click on the Edit option from Actions column against the Asset you want to edit. It’ll redirect you to a new page – Edit Asset.
  2. If the asset is active/enabled, it’s radio button will be blue (active) – Enabled. Click on the radio button to disable it. When disabled successfully, the button’s text should change to – Disabled, and its color should change to a colorless gray.
  3. Click on the Save button to save the updated Asset’s details. On successful asset disable, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Asset has been successfully updated. You can see the updated asset details in the Assets page.

Enable a Disabled Asset

You can enable a disabled club asset when they’re back in use/available. Enabling it will add it to the available assets for players/teams to reserve.

To enable a disabled asset, navigate through Organizations > Court Reservations > Assets:

  1. Browse through the assets you want to enable by going through the Asset Name column and Enabled column to easily identify the asset. Click on the Edit option from Actions column against the disabled Asset you want to enable. It’ll redirect you to a new page – Edit Asset.
  2. If the asset is disabled/inactive, it’s radio button will be colorless gray (inactive) – Disabled. Click on the radio button to enable it. When enabled successfully, the button’s text should change to – Enabled and its color should change to blue.
  3. Click on the Save button to save the updated Asset’s details. On successful asset enable, you’ll get a success notification on top of the page – Asset has been successfully updated. You can see the updated asset details in the Assets page.
